Delete your account

We're sorry to see you considering deleting your account. If you have concerns, contact our support team first — we may be able to help.

1. 1. Open the profile menu

   In the sidebar, click your profile at the bottom-left.

   

2. 2. Click Account

   In the menu, click Account.

   

3. 3. Open the Account tab

   In Account Settings, click the Account tab in the sidebar.

   

4. 4. Confirm deletion

   Scroll to the Danger zone, type delete my account, enter your password, and click Delete account.

   

Frequently asked questions

Can I recover my account after deletion? +No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, we cannot restore your account or any of its data.Can I export or download my data before deleting? +You can download your conversation history from each chat's settings, and save your images and videos individually. There is no one-click export for everything, so make sure to save what matters before deleting.What exactly gets permanently deleted? +All your companions, conversations, chat history, generated images and videos, personal settings, profile information, remaining tokens or credits, and access to any active memberships.Do I need to cancel my subscription before deleting? +Yes. You must cancel any active subscription first. The app will not allow account deletion while a subscription is active. Follow the membership cancellation guide, then return to delete your account.Will I still be charged after deleting my account? +If you cancel your subscription before deleting, no further charges will be made. Always cancel your membership first to ensure billing stops.Do my tokens or credits transfer or get refunded? +No. Any remaining tokens or credits are permanently lost when you delete your account. They cannot be transferred or refunded.Is deletion immediate? +Yes. Account deletion takes effect as soon as you confirm it. There is no waiting period or cooling-off window.Can I deactivate my account instead of deleting it? +There is no deactivation option. If you want to take a break, you can cancel your subscription and simply stop using the app. Your data will remain on your account until you choose to delete it.What happens to my companions if I only delete my account? +All companions and their associated data (conversations, memories, images, voice settings) are permanently removed along with your account.Can I create a new account after deleting? +Yes. You can sign up again with the same or a different email. However, none of your previous data will carry over.
